Becoming a Brainiac tutor in your local community is a great way to earn extra cash while doing something great for your neighbors. Our tutors make their own schedules and often tutor between classes or after work. 

 

Required Applicant Qualifications:

- 3.0 GPA or above (if currently in college)

- Stellar performance in the subject area you wish to tutor

- Great communication skills

- Experience teaching or tutoring preferred but not required

- Clean criminal background check and abuse clearances within the last year or verified current employment with an institution that requires such.

- Access to internet

- Reliable mode of transportation and willing to travel to meet students

- Strong patience when dealing with others

- Good organization skills

- Ability to responsibly and effectively manage your own schedule
